Where can it be found
Southern Brimhaven, Brimhaven dungeon; Red Dragon Isle (39 Wilderness)
Tactic
Like all Dragons, you will need to bring your anti-dragon breath shield if your using melee to fight them. Alternatively, you can range and mage them behind the obsticles that restrict the Dragons attack. If your in the wilderness, watch out for pkers. I recommend using range and staying behind obsticles so you can log out at signs of danger.

Anti-Dragonbreath Shield is a must. Whip or Dragon Scimitar along with Dragon Dagger Poison is recommended.
