There is a safe spot in his cave to the east. To kill him, you must hit with all four elemental blast spells. They must inflict damage to take effect.

Chronozon the blood demon.

Notes

Watch out for Black demons, Player killers and Poison spiders. Bring an anti-poison to be safe.
