Zooknock's tunnel, Ape Atoll; Monkey Temple, Ape Atoll

Tactic

If you wish to collect its bones for a greegree, jut protect melee and quickly kill it. Use a fast weapon like a whip or dragon scimitar so that you can kill it quickly and efficiently. Zooknock's tunnel is, however, an illogical place to try to get the bones as there will be traps and other monsters constantly pestering you. A more appealing place would be under the trapdoor in the Monkey Temple on Ape Atoll.
