Randomly appears on some level 3 clues.
Tactic
Turn on the protect melee prayer and finish the Double agent off with a quick weapon such as a Dragon dagger or an Abyssal whip.

He's playing both sides!
Notes
The Double Agent appears after you do an "emote" clue (ex. Wear Blue D hide top, Bone spear, and Ring of life and dance at White Wolf Mountain). Just kill him and do the specific emote again and your real reward will appear.
