Tactic

Ranging the Blue Dragons is extremely effective in both the Taverley and Yanille Dungeons, crossbows are a good choice as they also allow you to equip an antidragonfire shield. A halberd can be used to safely melee the dragon from a distance. Using magic against these creatures with fire bolt is an effective way of killing them.

Notes

A Dragonfire Shield is a must. Whip or Dragon Scimitar along with Dragon Dagger Poison is recommended. If ranging from a safe spot, Magic Short Bow (Steel Arrows+) or Crystal Bow and also 70+ range to train efficiently. Otherwise, you will need a rune crossbow so you can equip an antidragonfire shield.
